Service Description
Please Note: all patch tests are free A patch test is required for all beauty treatments. We recommend checking availability for patch tests before booking your treatment. You may wish to book a patch test and consultation if you would like to discuss your requirements further, and we can make a service recommendation to you. When you need to attend your patch test: SPMU Please attend your patch test 1 week prior MAKEUP Only required for highly sensitive skin prone to or with past reaction from skincare/makeup. Please attend a minimum of 48 hours prior BROW WAX A patch test is not required ALL OTHER TREATMENTS Please attend a minimum of 48 hours prior Failure to attend a patch test for your treatment will result in cancellation of treatment. Where possible we will offer alternatives (see terms & conditions). Your booking fee will be non-refundable, non-transferable.
Cancellation Policy
We recommend attending a patch test as early as possible. If you attend only 48 hours before your treatment, you risk paying cancellation fees for your treatment if you have a patch test reaction. Please kindly notify us if you plan to cancel or reschedule last minute. CANCELLING AND NO SHOW: If your patch test appointment is cancelled or not attended at least 48 hours ahead of your treatment, your treatment can not go ahead. By default, you accept that your treatment will also be cancelled and associated cancellations fees will apply. This is because a treatment can not be safely completed without the appropriate patch test having taken place at least 48 hours prior, as stated in our terms and conditions. We are not liable to accommodate a new patch test if you have not booked or attended appropriately. RESCHEDULING: We allow rescheduling of your patch test up to 2 hours before, however please note your treatment cannot be re-scheduled online and cancellation fees may apply if you do not attend your patch test at the appropriate time (detailed above).
